The Bulletproof on the other hand, is mixed with coconut oil. You froth the coconut oil with an americano (espresso with hot water). Of course with brown sugar, if you prefer a little sweetness to it.
Once frothed, there is a certain creaminess to it and it is certainly pleasant to your palate.
Bulletproof works much better than the old traditional Long Black.
I have tried and it really works. Usually when I would get normal long black or a double shot flat white, it usually gets me active for only 2 hour or so and I end up feeling lethargic.
and with bulletproof, it lasted me whole day till actually I finished my workday.
