Tattoos are amazing! Of course despite the pain, the pain of thousand needles sticking the ink into your skin, they are nevertheless undeniably captivating. In the society nowadays,, tattoo became trends, lifestyle, and for me an achievement. A reminder of me that i have achieved my goals. A reminder for me that I have challenge myself to this limit of mine or even better, to break through my limit. So hopefully in the near future, i will get a tattoo.

Me, myself, I am still deciding on a tattoo, which or what should i get ?

I have a very strong determination to get one after achieving something of my yearly goals.

Hoping not to get one that is too common. Is like wearing high school uniform all over again. Therefore,  I am looking for something that is made just for me. A design that is based on my own achievements.

So to anyone who is reading this, please do me a favor by commenting what and how can i plan well for my very 1st tattoo ? Would really appreciate it. Not so soon, but i would love to plan a fantastic one !

The Superman's Coffee

Inspired from none other than the Paleo Diet. One of the most promising diets out there. One of my most favorite experiment, the Bulletproof coffee. There all sorts of people out there and with those all sorts of people, there is all sorts of way drinking coffee. Some had their coffee with butter and some had their with coffee ground.

The Bulletproof on the other hand, is mixed with coconut oil. You froth the coconut oil with an americano (espresso with hot water). Of course with brown sugar, if you prefer a little sweetness to it.

Once frothed, there is a certain creaminess to it and it is certainly pleasant to your palate.

Bulletproof works much better than the old traditional Long Black.

I have tried and it really works. Usually when I would get normal long black or a double shot flat white, it usually gets me active for only 2 hour or so and I end up feeling lethargic.

and with bulletproof, it lasted me whole day till actually I finished my workday.

Why Bulletproof ?

• Fat Loss Anyone? Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT), found in coconut oil, consumption has been shown to lead to greater losses of the adipose tissue (fat) in animals and humans.
• More Energy For You! Studies have shown that the fast rate of oxidation of MCFA (Medium chain fatty acids) leads to increase energy expenditure (EE). It is absorbed differently in the body as opposed to long chain fatty acids.
• Eating Fat Will Make Me Fat…NOPE!! Greater energy expenditure with MCFA relative to long-chain fatty acids (LCFA) results in less body weight gain and decreased size of fat depots after several months of consumption.
• Why Grass Fed Butter? Fresh grass in the cow diet improves the rheological and nutritional properties of butter. The nutritional value of butter is improved by the proportion of fresh grass in the diet of cows by halving the atherogenicity index.
• You’re Trying To Give Me a Heart Attack!! Despite the high saturated fat content of dairy products, no clear association between dairy product intake and risk of myocardial infarction (MI) has been observed.
• Gain Muscle – Both exercise and coffee raise cellular energy use while simultaneously inhibiting your muscle building mechanisms (mTOR) for a brief period, which causes it to “spring back” and build even more muscle as soon as you eat. There are 3 known ways to raise mTOR. Intermittent fasting, exercise, and coffee.

Soju is the way of Life

Being partially alcoholic, Korean Soju is one of my most wanted alcohol beverage list to enjoy with a group of friends.If you are like me, who would go your way out to enjoy with your friends, play card games and get drunk all night long then probably i think i have found your soulmate. Soju have this sweet after taste. Drinking it without any mixer is more than enough but definitely good things always comes with a price... Soju itself is not that expensive, is one of the cheapest consumable alcohol in the market. It usually cost me about RM 15 to RM 20 per bottle (360ml). But let me warn you.....

Never ever ever underestimate the power of a small bottle of soju. It usually comes in a glass bottle of 360ml.

It tends to delay its "kick" to the head. Its like a manipulation game. You will have fun at the 1st few shots. Then you get this buzz in your head, you get all hype up and happy, then you start drink more more till your nerves are all loosen up....

Once you fallen deep enough into trap then ..... POW.... *What happen last night ?*

Trust me, I experienced it first hand. I literally experienced an Asian version of "Hangover movie" of my own.

Behold the 3.6 Litre of WONDER. You can find all sorts of soju but this bottle amaze me most, It cost around RM 75 per bottle.

Was so tempted to get one for myself, fortunately, i use up my will power just to get away from it.

Porky Pork Pork

The rumors, everywhere. They say its refillable ? no.... 

Is it true ? was I hallucinating ? 

My very 1st Korean grill pork buffet and is cheaper than anywhere else I have been.

MYR25@Lunch from 12 Noon to 5 PM

MYR27@Dinner from 5 PM to 11 PM 

Every single thing is freaking refillable! Not to mention the kimchi is freshly made but do take in mind that the meat are pre-grilled and the cuts of the pork meat are not of  good sides. If I am not mistaken they use local cuts which comes in way cheaper. Basically you get for what you pay.

Nevertheless, the side dishes were amazingly decent as well as the kimchi. Hats off to the staff and the boss there the service was well done. They took the extra effort to make sure every table is well attend to. 

The whole experience was worth more than what you pay.

The Craft of Free Pour Coffee

Ah.... coffee,, how do I live without one ? Making coffee is what i love most. Use to start with just a dollop of foam and now it can be presented proudly to the guest. Clueless of what i was doing with coffee then, fortunately,  I had lots of great teachers along the way. If not of what they have taught me, i would have been a barista with lots of misinterpreted opinions on coffee making.

Latte art is not everything though, the taste of the coffee matters more instead. Definitely serving awesome coffee is my utmost priority but nevertheless i would like present you some of my coffee art along the way
